Let's See Your Cats!!!

Thank you! She was a rescue cat and was quite scared of us. It took time before she would let us come near her. We adopted her brother too since they bonded at the shelter and foster home, I didn't have the heart to separate them. Both cats turned out beautiful!

 

I would NEVER get another cat without its sibling. Preferably both males for me. Having 2 sibs or at least a bonded pair is an absolute hoot. We have always used the piecemeal approach with our cat family but when I went to see and pick Wally from a craigslist ad (turned out to be a well known phenomenal foster we knew), his brother Gromit was there and there was no way I was leaving him after hearing his story from his 2nd day of life forward. Little wanker cost another $70 to adopt but I was good with that. Of course I did all this while my wife was in Colorado at a conference.

Having 2 of these guys at once has been an absolute delight. The shenanigans they got into when young was just a gas for me. Even the 3 a.m. drive-by cattings we have survived. Being startled awake at 3 a.m. is not usually much fun but with these kooks, it always leads to laughter!

 

Yes, these two are a riot. The boy gets into everything as well as the girl but she does it more cautiously. It is fun to watch them run on the hardwood floor and then they figure out they have no traction and the drift around corners, very fun to watch!

 

i order it on Walmart or target site and make the poor FedEx fellow leave it by my garage.

 

Just another day in the life of being a human cat bed. My obligations are of no concern...

 

i have a very similar story! My pair of siblings were found under a inclosed deck (the renters had to pry the boards back to save them) with no momma in site. When I heard about them needing a home I went right away and knew I couldn’t get one without the other. They were so tiny and a little cranky to be around human contact but they soon latched on to me and never let me sleep without them both curled up in my neck or hair. I thought they were both girls but one ended up being a brother and at the time I didn’t have a way of getting him or her fixed and he started to get aggressive towards her so my friend adopted the brother but she soon had another companion in a older fixed male cat I adopted not long after her brother was re homed. So I still ended up with 2 cats when I was only wanting one at the time

 

what a absolutely cutie knowing his human bed is well trained for constant petting and warmth

 

Yall don’t even wanna know the amount of kitty paraphernalia I have from people who buy me cat related gifts because I have a love of cats

Aww Panther sounds like a good boy and I don’t blame her with how cute he is!

He reminds me of our black cat Bageera, unfortunately he passed last year when a car got him. He loved sitting on my shoulder and tried to suckle/ lick on my hair

 

That's a beautiful picture! I would bring a rotisserie chicken over to my mom's house & her cat & I would devour it within minutes. I let her eat right off my plate. Very good girl. Sadly, she didn't live long.

 

Hes got neighbors house too...lol -8 is too cold for anything!

 

I can only imagine how pissed the chickens are! I know the others are grateful to be inside staying warm.
