Yeah mine need some rework too, way to long and hard to find what I want. I'm glad I did start putting TW links in a separate folder but half of the time they don't bring me where I want.

There's also a local place that does Woolwax if you aren't a DIYer.

You can get a lifetime deal where you can bring your truck in whenever you want to get touched-up or resprayed (like in the spring or fall, or if you put new parts on you want sprayed), or you can pay to just get the initial spray done for cheaper and then either keep it touched up yourself (with just the spray cans of Fluid Film or whatever you want) or pay a small fee for them to do touch-ups when needed.

99.9% is in my wife’s Golf Alltrack (AWD) on snow tires.

I had to pull my GTI on snows out last week when my wife was out of town. First time it’s been out of the garage since Nov.

Tacoma is stored from Nov to April.

Those are sweet alternatives. I actually considered the Alltrack when I was buying the Tacoma because it came in stick.

The Alltrack is a fun car, needs the 2.0 from the GTI/R to make it an R Variant that we, of course, didn’t get here. I’d even deal with the “lifted” suspension if I could get the motor. It’s an MQB chassis so everything is swapable.

The taco has too much invested in it for me to drive in the snow/salt.

Any one know where I can get a good 3.0? Just send a rod out of the block.

Saw a large number of them at Cowboy jacks when I was there for a happy hour. Can confirm Thursday night for supply of 3.0s.

Taco is stored up for winter. Can someone with a 2g short bed get me a measurement from the front wall of the bed to the closed tailgate along the floor?

I’m building a drawer system and need to make sure I get the right length sliders. I know it’s a 5’ box, but I know there’s some extra space in that 5’.

No there isn't really any extra space in there. I believe my drawers are 59 or 58 inches just so I have enough room for my Mountain Hatch and the handle of the drawers. There is not much room left over back there. Id run out and measure it but I'm at work currently. I can later today or tomorrow for you.
