bye bye imports, hello 4x4

Hey guys, Im Dom from upstate NY, just throwing out a little intro about myself....

My vehicles for the past 6yrs have been a 91 talon and a 95 integra, love driving lowered 5spd cars... but I decided its time to grow up since 30 is right around the corner. Im a tech at a Toyota dealership which is where I picked up my new (to me) Tacoma. Its a Green 01 double cab V6 Auto 4wd with bed extender and 126k miles. I know the whole history of the vehicle (been at my dealership since 04, 35k miles) and recently replaced were - after cat exhaust, plugs, p/s pump, shocks(tokico blue), and a frame which included new brake lines, leaf springs, body mounts, couple other things and ALOT of new bolts. I dont do alot of off roading but I wanted a truck so I dont have to try and borrow my pops truck to tow the boat or trailers haha.... Thats my story, now heres some pics

Welcome to TW. You're gonna love having the truck. I've converteda few friends from sports cars to pickups (unfortunately only one went Tacoma) and they haven't looked back. Where in Upstate NY are you? I've got a friend way upstate in Chateaugay, about an hour from Plattsburgh.

On another note, you're not Dom from Fast and Furious are ya? That'd be cool if we converted him.lol

I will have to admit too, my "dream tacoma" was a 2nd gen either white or black dc short bed with gray interior. Not a huge fan of green with tan interior but it was a great deal that I couldnt pass up
