Funny video. I remember pulling the front wheels so the front could be lowered enough for the stock HF hoist to lift and clear the front end.

    Howdy folks,
What does a 4.1 gear ratio do for a truck? Can I have Mismatched gears ratio for the front and back?

I don't think anyone needs to be reminded of the Rock's drive and power, just look at the dudes instagram posts. I just can't get behind celebrity products cause most of the time it's not even theirs. Or it's just another over priced item in an already saturated market.

Only if you never plan to use 4x4.

Even then, that's a horrible idea.

Match your gears, otherwise you're going to fuck shit up if it ever goes in 4x4.

Ahhhh the Previa... the spork of the automotive world tries to be both utilitarian and a sportscar (supercharged mid engine)

    Fails at both

4.1 is the common gear ratio for 1st gens with the e-locker.
If you run mismatched gear ratios you'll bind the shit out of your driveline in 4wd, which could mean damage to a lot of things

You can if you do the math and get proportionally taller tires for the end that has lower gears

Or only ever use 4x4 where there's no traction

    But please don't

Feels like it would be temporary, wouldn’t the smaller tires wear slightly faster than the bigger ones since they have to turn more revs to go the same distance?

Someone bust out the diff eq
