    Well I did check the notch and was properly working but still doing the same thing air coming out all vents.

    Then the doors or the seals inside the box are worn. PITA box has to come out. Mine is doing the same thing. Sucks that the box has to come out.

    I call it the HVAC box, the dash has to come out to remove it.
