Yeah so what’s the deal with those peanut allergies?

Did the peanuts change or did human beings change?

Or did people just swell up and croak and we had no idea why?

I remember my mom bought one of his movies at the grocery store on VHS tape about 3 years before we ever had a VCR.

I love peanut butter so much that when our daughter was born, we made sure to start giving to her asap to avoid any allergy to it later in life. At 2 years old now it's a staple in her diet and we're having to hide it from her lol.

Kids aren't born with food allergies so I'm not sure why it's suddenly such a big issue, other than maybe it only seems that way because we hear about it more easily. Who knows. Peanut butter is one of the greatest things on earth though and I feel sorry for anyone that is allergic to it.

He was a recurring character on a series of commercials for LGS (La Gas Service) before he was popular on the big screen. He was always talking to his neighbor & started the convo with: Hey Vern.

I still remember one of his lines about how good gas was over electricity.

It's hot, fast, and cheap....................kind of like your 1st wife.
    .

Edit: a quick you tube search showed he did lots of commercials for different brands. He was from TN. Maybe the commercials were shot in Maryland?

Reminds me of a funny story, may or may not be true.

Two kids at lunch in the school cafeteria. One kid hands his friend an EpiPen. Then he pulls out a peanut butter cup and eats it, stating it's worth it!

That would totally be me if I ever came down with a peanut allergy for whatever reason. Just factor in the cost of a $700 epi-pen for every pack of Reese's cups I buy

Many fond memories of me snapping the gooseneck on my bike's handlebars. Only to have it braze welded to happen all over again. Fuck you Huffy.

My dad used to buy the Magna bicycles from Benny's. I used to either strip the handlebars, or break the frame where the top bar meets the neck. I don't know why, but aluminum foil used to be a good temporary fix for keeping the handlebars from moving.
