Yeah, but you'll also see a hit in heavy mist/rain/slush/snow because of the effects on the tires. It's just requires more energy to drive on wet roads, even if there's no standing water and roads tend to be wet quite a bit during the winter.

It wasn’t raining in the high humidity. There’s more moisture in the air and less oxygen in the air is what I’m trying to say. Even if there is no moisture on the ground. The engine wants dry air to burn fuel most efficiently.

Alcan leaf pack 600lb 6.5” spring. My build thread has the info in there

Quite a bit of rake empty bed - but with my tire carrier and spare 35 that’s nearly 200lbs, it has the rake for a reason.

Looking good! Kind of like the rake. But I know the carrier and spare are a lot of weight. What are you running for your lift up front? Did you do the exhaust reroute? TIA. Super nice looking rig!

    appreciate it!
I wanted a 1” rake but empty bed is netting me 2 lol. But yeah, like you said, it’ll drop some when loaded up.

I’m on a procomp 6”. full length Bilstein shocks with OME 888 coils (I originally had a 3” lift). Just messaged JBA about some uppers

Edit: Marlin at JBA just got back to me via text. Putting an order in. Superb customer service! I’m not even a customer yet and regardless of time difference, he answered my questions promptly

as for the exhaust, I just chopped that bad boy lol. Can sort of see it in one of the pics

I like the rake too! Mine is about the same but with a long bed it’s not as noticeable

Thanks! I meant the exhaust reroute up front by the differential lol. But I like where you chopped off the outlet.

That’s a pretty big lift, it looks awesome though. How is it off-road? Does it feel “tippy” at all?

it is a bit too high, even for my liking..had my 3” shock not snap on me in 2017, I’ve probably would’ve stayed at that height..would’ve had more body damage from dragging on lava rocks tho lol

hmm doesn’t feel too tippy to me. The current combo deflects a lot of it. I really wish I had some pics of offroading, but none of us our willing to get out of the trucks anymore. We just want to hit the camp spot as soon as possible and get the damn poles/bait in the water haha!

Honestly, my lifted 3rd Gen 4Runner with no front sway bar was more squirrelly, and I only had a 3” on that

Added Weathertech floor liners. Much better coverage than the OEM "all weather liner".

New wheels and tires! TRD sema wheels wrapped in 265/70/17 Cooper Rugged Treks. I love the new look and the tires feel great. Black lug nuts are in transit but I couldn’t wait to get these on.
