I had my 31st birthday at a bar/restaurant in Southampton two years ago and invited all of my closest friends, most of whom were able to make it! It was literally two days before the entire country shut down due to COVID, and my parents did not want me to have it due to concerns about the soon-to-be-declared pandemic, but I openly defied them and has it anyway; This was because (A) I'd been planning it for over a month, and I knew that with the pandemic it would be months before I saw most of my friends again. My friend Doug is an aspiring baker and made me a cake that by pure coincidence (as Doug doesn't know anything about vehicles beyond how to fill them up with gas and use creature comforts like A/C and the stereo system) ended up sort of resembling an Ironman Stewart Toyota!

Yesterday, I sent Doug some pictures of my truck; He is going to make me a cake that looks like my Tacoma!

I was gonna buy this if my truck got totaled; It is diesel, so it is exempt from emissions testing in Pennsylvania!

Can't afford it right now, and it also seems to not have A/C; There are a lot of creature comforts I'm willing to live without, but air-conditioning is not one of them!

Probably a new one that was legally brought into the country, but can't be registered and operated on public roads because it doesn't comply with US emissions or safety standards...

Did it look kinda like this?

Im probably wrong but I think it was street legal the way it was advertised. It was in the normal on road work truck section of the auction flyer and not it in the ATV or side by side section which I would think if it were not street legal it would be there.

I was thinking about importing a Honda Acty. Its only $5K for the truck and import fees. Has a top speed of ~65mph though. I need a second vehicle thats actually somewhat reliable because I don't trust my Trans Am (hopefully getting it back down to NC this summer!?)

Like when I lived in VA. Oh, it will not pass state inspection. Looks like its time for this old bitch to become a "Farm Use" vehicle.

I had a brand new truck in the late 90's and drove around for a few weeks with a farm use tag until I got it insured.
