    I've never owned anything newer than 2002. I don't like tech in cars and I don't like big touchscreens etc. At the same time, its hard to escape the newer you go and I guess I can't be a curmudgeon forever if I want to have something more modern as a DD. (I can skip big screens though for the most part) Self-maintenance issues are whole extra added headache I'm sure.

    Edit: not newer than 02 besides a brief affair with a 2010 GMC AWD van.
