Hang in there, not my favorite shift as well.

As a kid I worked at a ski resort making snow, 11pm to 7 am, then ski till noon, wore me down fast.

A little of this and a little of that.
    Good afternoon/evening all,:hattip:

Just a few minutes away from heading home.
Traffic is all jacked up, as usual. :annoyed:

We’ve been mask-less since 15February, even the unvaxxed.

I’m glad that I am not the only one who has used the benefits of Yoga stretching. My wife has been doing Pilates for a couple decades and even taught classes at a gym. It’s saved my back and posture from years of abuse.

I worked nights for 25 years, but I’m on my 8th year of days and it would take some adjustment to work nights again. I liked it when I was doing it, and would again if I had to. I always tried staying consistent with my sleep times. Hang in there Dewayne!

The last few weeks have been waiting for this...it came from my insurance company with a list of 12 'reasons' why they want to deny my head MRI (we could finally fix the hearing in my left ear) and Ultrasound for thyroid (possible surgery). None of the 'reasons' applied.
Quick call to doctors office: Fax a Letter of Contiunuity Of Care. (Fax aka digital request)
My insurance hates me for that...

    Maybe he was joking?
One guy I used to work with had awful spelling too. And he would never run spell check on his emails before sending them. Told him to send everything to me and I would forward on from there after making corrections

That's a horrible idea. What time?
The first sunset I saw on Lake Michigan was at Orchard Beach State Park on a calm flat lake. As a teenager who didn't pay much attention to stuff like that, I was amazed at just how majestic it was. Nothing quite like it in SE MI.

My son had an issue with spelling, a bit of dyslexia despite having an IQ of 132. His Dad thought Sylvan would help. Bad idea. It's phonetic based.
Being dylexic I keep spell check off, sometimes I spot it, sometimes I don't. The worst is when someone says "Look at the left side of the engine for xx" and my brain goes "that's the wrong side".

    Quitting time?

Good evening peeps! It looks like my area is going to get some ice tonight / into the early AM. It should make for a fun drive to get the morning coffee. I picked up a small snow blower, 22"/5 horsies for $100. It will be good enough to clear the driveway and eat through the ice/slush wall that the plows like to leave in their wake, should we get any more snow this year. I hope that everyone stays warm tonight.

    Puppy Brain, Day 5.

I actually made it through a day of work with some energy and comprehension today. Potty training is rough. I'm just glad we're not on the two hour schedule. We actually did five hours last night with good results.

Funny note, she has developed a bit of a prance when she walks. I thought I noticed it yesterday. My wife walked her today and she noticed it. Then the neighbor she walking her down to see started laughing and said she was prancing. This pup has personality.

She now has her own back seat in the truck.
    upload_2022-2-24_20-37-27.jpg

And when she was being walked by my wife, Sampson came in for a drink from the new watering hole.

My friend at work used to say, it's not rocket sciencetry. (Science-tree)

I died a little everytime he said it.

Mom used to say "Flaw-cet" which drove us all nuts considering our family history in custom building.
Dad still says "WaRshington"...we have no idea where he got the R
