Just purchased a new to me 20 SR5 and noticed a few worn specs on the red panel insert and was wondering if there any type of touch up vinyl paint to match so I can repair. See attached.

Sure can't see anything from here. Leave it be! I'd bet any attempt to "fix" would call attention to it and look worse.

    Where are the spots?

    Yeah....just a little!

But I get it. And I'm sticking with my first comment, anything you do to hide that is gonna scream out against that red background. Leave it alone!

btw....is that damage? It looks more like a booger.

One possible fix might be finding a very hidden spot and touch it with a red fine point Sharpie. I have done that on fabrics and it worked well. Test it first because if it darkens it, it'll look like shit.

You will get more scratches and scuffs from keys, rings, buttons from your jackets etc over time on the door panels.

It will just give it more character !!!

Take it to an auto upholstery shop, who knows... they might have a fix. They can do some pretty amazing things. Or look into a replacement door panel if it really bugs you. Knowing Toyota, it won't be cheap though!

Nobody will know its there but you. I would just try the red Sharpie
idea mentioned if it doesn't clean off.
