I think "air down" is a default answer, and is a sane default... it'll be right more often than it's not...

I am not a physicist, but I have an internet connection so... I think your reasoning makes sense if the ice is glass-smooth, but odds are it isn't, so getting more tread in contact with any imperfections available is probably beneficial?

I got thrown out of my dad's 51 model once on a curve. I think it took 13 stitches to sew up my head. That was way before seatbelts.

 

I swear, if I ever am in charge of a company, anyone that sits in the breakroom at lunch time and talks on speaker phone with the volume at full blast would be fired on the spot.

Least they're not doing it while on the job walking around.

Do the same thing you do when someone's on the phone in the bathroom.

Sit next to them and make as much noise as possible.

(Yes, I have heard people on phone calls in bathroom stalls)

 

I think shes speaking Arabic so whatever I do wont phase her. And cutting a loud ass fart in the breakroom wont bode well for me either unfortunately.

Yeah, I feel like imperfections might help, but not much. And most ice around here is pretty darn smooth - but also really patchy.

Oh, might be a cultural norms thing. Not all cultures have the same feelings about personal and shared spaces that we do. She might actually respond well if somebody tactfully told her that people think she's being rude.
