Okay, this isn’t a Friday night thread please be nice. I just installed RCV CV axels in my 2017 Pro. Replaced needle bearing with ECGS bushing. Swapped out oil seal. Changed front differential oil. Took it for a short drive, after about 5 minutes when I slowed down and then accelerated I can hear like a rub or vibration. Truck has 50,000 miles thought maybe front wheel bearing. Swapped out both sides with new hub assembly. Did the same short test drive 5 minutes in same sound. Any ideas? It’s not rubbing any suspension parts, feels smooth when you turn by hand. I’m at a loss.

Did you bend a dust shield and now it is rubbing a rotor?

Don’t think so, if we’re the shield you should think it would make the sound right when it rolls. I guessing some part it getting warm and expanding then making the mystery sound.
