Black/black standard size set of 4 (2 front, 2 rear), hardware included with extra (not normally included in purchase) hardware- Longer bolts for the front brackets with extra spacers. The extra hardware was requested to have the flaps perfectly parallel/even with the outer and inner edge of the tire. In great condition just upgraded. *still need to figure out how to remove the well nuts for the front flaps, emailed customer service for suggestions/tips*
