    Heh, even the spread into Maryland isn't as much now. Paid $3.59/gal at the Sheetz at crossroads yesterday.

    Yea, yea, Sheetz gas. Ironically that's the only gas my truck seems to like o_O:der:

    My XJ Cherokees (4 of them) all wanted 89 octane to not spark knock on hills or heavy acceleration. Every time I tried Sheetz gas I would hear it as soon is I hit the on ramp.

    I will allow them that they keep clean places and have decent food, I stop for snacks but not fuel.

    I guess it's because I broke it in one Sheetz gas. Now, it did like ethanol free 90 octane at AC&T, but there's a 50 cent premium on that one. I've tried their 87 and it makes the shudder even worse in my truck.

    Good morning fellow Pennsyltuckyvanians!!

    We ended up with about 2" of iced over slush that partially froze in places. Trying to shovel it off the sidewalks was a real chore - truly heart-attack snow. I waited for the temps to come up a bit and then used the ATV to plow our/my mother-in law's driveways.

    Stay safe out there!

    Good Saturday morning. Took the dog out this morning and was met with a few flurries and a strong wind. It's still winter for sure.

    We got about 6-7” of snow and 15 minutes of sleet . Not bad .

    The guy who owns that one bought it for next to nothing after it had been sitting for over a decade; It is a 1996 with like 260K miles. It is a base model with almost no options, and it's even a 5-speed stick! It has no power steering, and an AM/FM radio with no CD or even a cassette; It does however have A/C, and the A/C works and blows cold (I can confirm this as I actually put my hand in front of the vent on a hot day)! The guy just bought a $35K F150 and he drives the Civic all the time because it gets such great gas mileage!

    sounds even more like my old one. I had a 96 DX. The only option it has was a/c, too! It was fantastic until the day I was turning into UPS to ship something and the guy behind me wasn't paying attention and slammed into me. :sad face:

    This was my day... 3-1/2 hours of chopping, chipping, scraping and shoveling -- and 125 pounds of rock salt. I found a small fertilizer spreader on the side of the road with a free sign this summer, works great for salt.

    This was worse than the last ice storm as this was all frozen sleet, the last time it was 1-1/2 inch of ice with frozen sleet on top. The ice will crack like glass, the solid sleet doesn't crack nearly as well and is better adhered to the sidewalk -- lots more work.

    The clear section is close to the street, it was 7+" thick where the plow had thrown the slush -- the "thin" (3" or 4") side came up much harder.
    I'm knackered. :bananadead::bananadead:

    Not sure. They've taken out a few areas the last two years
