VF Tuner E13 error? Need help

When I try to flash a file to my truck, I get an Unable to communicate with ECM E13 error. Anyone know how I can fix this?

File I'm flashing: ID: 89663 04B81 STOCK.vft

I have a 2020 6AT. Truck starts still. Prepare ECU works. It tries to flash but fails.

I made a tune based on that file but got the same error flashing it so I was just trying that one. Basically I'm just trying to get anything to flash.
