It is very much above the frame. Here's an angle that shows it better:

Probably a good 14 inches of clearance off the back of the transfer case.

It's Y, and the flow is fine. Stock pipe is 1.75, was replaced with 2.25. Exhaust note is almost identical. Also dumped it over the axle while we were at it.

It's tucked up about 2" above the bottom of the frame rail at the lowest point. I ain't worried.

Yeah, if you look at this pic, you can see that the crosspipe is hung off the front of the carrier bearing crossmember on driver side, and connects to the Y junction behind the same crossmember, which is a good 3 or 4 inch backward slant.

It's very Y, the angles just don't show it. It's hard as fuck to take a good picture of exhaust, especially after rain :p

Could've gone a little more Y, but that would've left less clearance behind the t-case and put a sharper bend (and possibly more restriction) before the crosspipe, so it's like where do you want your disadvantage to be?

Would you believe I spent 30 minutes hosing the undercarriage and suspension a couple days ago?

Round two is tomorrow. Hoping to get most of that mess off.

Yeah I'm pretty much in your camp now, that shit is for the birds. You have to wash your truck like 4 times.

Hodge is probably still washing shit out of his from the URE mudhole.

Nothing in the engine bay though...thank god is was more dirty water than mud.

    Yeah, it is a truck.

BTW, and this is sort of tongue in cheek, but I'm also genuinely curious, did you ever solve that overheating issue you had back at the URE Sept meet?

Possible, but I doubt it, because I've had my rad rattle-canned for a year now without any issue whatsoever. Plenty of other folks too.

Which reminds me, you need to rattle-can yours so you don't have that damn hole in the front.

Yeah, but I think if it were that clogged it'd be obvious.
