I don’t really need full on sliders but want some protection from parking lot clowns and a step for my wife. Looking for a bolt on.
This pair from CBI looked like a good compromise however I do really like their sliders.
Is anyone running the CBI steps or another that you really like that bolt up to a 2022 TRD.

I have the bolt on sliders, wouldn’t waste my time with side steps, even if you don’t rock crawl, have used the sliders for many things!

They are CBI, have kick-outs, check their website, prices have gone up since I bought them, they are running around $1000+ and I have LB

Likewise. I love my CBI bolt on sliders. They make a convenient step for hopping on top of the diamond-back (and a decent anvil for knocking ice off the bottom of your ski boots). That said the version I have also do not have the top-plate, so with them angled up toward the body, they do not really provide much of a step. The top-plate versions come out horizontally and can function more like a step.
