Ah man, ended up spending all weekend doing this wiring, wasn't able to install either the DD ditch lights or the bumper/ light bar. But now those are the only things left, and the dual switch lights up properly so I'm thinking my wiring was good enough. Looks... fairly clean. Maybe will use little zip ties to clean up the wires a bit, but overall I'm happy with how this stage turned out. Now to focus on researching best way to cut for the SSO slimline...

    20220227_165614.jpg

Edit: I also wonder if I were to attach the blue backlight wire to 87a, would that leave the ditch lights backlit until I switched the main light on? Would prefer having this activated by a switch though so wasn't on continuously.

Took the truck ice fishing in northern MN this weekend.... I really need tires bad. I was getting stuck in 4wd in 2 inches of slushy snow in the boat ramp parking lot. It was a angled parking lot and I couldnt make it back up the hill.

I thought I read that description right. I want one.

    I chose favorites :anonymous:

I can't wait to use mine this summer. Gonna be so much nicer than going to the shitty wash in town that always has a line backed up to where I just end up driving right by. Some times are not so bad but most times, give it up and come back when everyone's in bed lol.

You better. I wager a couple hundred extra HP with all that turbo.

Decided to replace my old recovery tracks, got pretty beat up on the last trail run. Got these.. ARB tred pro. And if these break or crack, it's lifetime warranty! I'll still bring the old ones and use them to level the truck for camping.

Oh, and a solar panel and solar charge controller from Rich solar for my dual batteries set up.. to trickle charge while camping.
Re-tuned (ov tune) the alternator to feed to the batteries.. from 12.7v to 14v+

Edit: ready for a long death valley trip next week..

Atleast you got it used instead of paying full price. Been wanting one but can't see myself getting it full price. I'm sure I'll see more and more post of this and I'll get it sooner or later.. This is TW, you can't cut the habit and escape the addiction... YOLO!!

Nice! Looking at your vehicle description “2022 Celestial Silver…..” did they change the name of the color from Silver Sky Metallic?

Nice work! Looking forward to getting out to Death Valley hopefully this spring or fall. Is that a WarFab Armor bumper with the swing out? What hangers are those? TIA
Sure your gonna have a blast out in Death Valley! Looking forward to seeing some of the adventure.

Thanks, it's the phantom HC from Warfab. And Rago fab shackle hangers with Deaver stage 3 leaf pack.
Will be installing the jerrycans this week. And swingout on the driver side for the tire carrier is getting shipped this week. Don't think I'll receive it in time for the DV trip. But oh well, still super happy with my choice of this bumper.
I'll post the final set up someday..

Thanks! That is an awesome set up! I’ve had this truck just over a year now I have a mild lift but just starting the process of getting it fully armored underneath. The front and transmission skids from RCI will be here this week as well as some new wheels (Pro Comp 69 series 16x8 4” backspace and -12 offset) in planning for bigger tires. I really dig the way yours is set up and am looking forward to getting the rear HC bumper and swing out. Thanks again and safe travels!

What products do you feel are a necessity ? I have used their interior total cleaner which does a good job, but haven’t found anything for the seats.
