    well you were happy to chime in..... I'm not arguing. The 3000K oil change and 'switching to synthetic' are scams. But you are free to spend your money as you please.

    I don’t make such recommendations.

    The statistics simply aren’t there to support anything after three different model engines from two different manufacturers. If it makes you feel good, do what you’re doing. I do 5000 mile intervals. We’re probably both right. And we are probably both wrong.

    install one of these bad bois in the bed and plumb it up to the oil pump. Boom, never need to buy filters OR oil again

    I never said that.


    I said switching to synthetic is unnecessary and most certianly a scam. I've got 40+ years of engine/drivetrain experience to back it up.
