Are these parts useless/worthless?

Then take the skid off before you sell it, that doesn't change the fact that the chin strap won't change the value of the trade in.

 

Have you looked at the marketplace here for parts taken off of Takos before they’re sold or have been sold? I think you need to look at current events just on TW alone.

 

Again, this isn't about taking off mods and selling them, it's about having to step over useless chunks of plastic in your garage for 8 years hoping the dealer adds 14 dollars to your trade in value for your chin strap.

Fair point but there's numerous modded up ones with a list of all the cost of mods selling at a premium price. You are limiting your group of potential buyers but they do sell.

 

Mine is still in the garage. I’m sure what I’m saving it for. One of these days I will toss it.

 

I keep a lot of useless car stuff over the years. Yah ditch it! Or repurpose as a lawn art project!

So funny thing happened. I was taking my recycling out to the curb last night and I went back and grab the air damn to put out with my recycling. Then I thought what the heck, let me throw this thing on craigslist for 15 bucks and see what happens. I put up for sale Sunday afternoon Sunday - night it was sold! Even said I would throw in the thin skid plate that I took off with it for five bucks but all he wanted was the air damn
