Yeah I had read that there's already the framework for one that was being built awhile ago but stopped due to cost, however it's being stored at the base. So now they intend to continue, but the article I read said it could cost up to $3 billion for another one. Crazy

 

Pinterest is trash. Almost need a browser extension that excludes all Pinterest results from image searches.

How do you look up pot pie and crock pot recipes without Pinterest though? What if I need to put together a mood board for my 10 year round-the-world vacation plan. HOW WILL I EVER FIND INSPO FOR MY CRAFTSMAN STYLE BIRDHOUSE NEIGHBORHOOD

Went and got my passport renewed this AM, also got one for our daughter. 300 some odd dollars later...jesus.

They also only take written checks. Can't remember the last time I had to bust out my checkbook, thing was buried in the back of my desk. Address on it is from 10+ years ago.

 

A birdhouse, yeah. Rather have hummingbird feeders actually.

A neighborhood? No. I'd hate having all that poop!

 

Yeah that part would suck. I'll have to head up the HOA and forbid such a thing. Hummingbird feeder is a good idea though, we get a bunch of them come springtime. I found 2 hummingbird eggs cracked open on our patio last year that fell out of a tree

 

I’ve never left the country past illegally swimming in the Rio Grande. Plan is to go visit my buddy stationed in Japan once they’re more open.

So the only way you could renew a passport is a written check? No hard cash option?

 

I went into the local passport agency office here in our small city hall building, but I'm sure there's a way you could do it online and pay differently. In person though they only took a check, but that may just be our rinky dink passport office policy here.

 

And they charged $18 per passport photo, which consisted of the person using a digital point and shoot camera from 2002 and putting me against a white wall with a lamp directly over my head. I look like Herman Munster in my passport photo now. You can supply your own passport photo if you make it fit the criteria, which I highly recommend doing lol.
