Just a 2/1 lift. I didn't want the headaches that a higher lift can bring. But then I went ahead and got 285s which caused rubbing headaches until I just decided to take the plunge and do the CMC.

Ive ALWAYS used Alcan on my trucks. I had deavers , aal, and non hold up long term like Alcan in my opinion.

What i like is that its a custom order for what ill be doing. I wanted 2 inches of lift and to be able to carry an extra 900lbs of crap in the bed. Ill have a 300lb camper coming and the build out, plus bumper. I calculated my extra weight and called to place the order. No need for shims either. They build their leaf packs so you dont need any shims.

900 plus shipping is what i paid. They said it would take 8 weeks and it did exactly.

Id never hesitate to call them and ask questions. Worth the money in the long run.

    Right on.

I've been eyeballing them for a while since the increased load holding of my Dobinsons are great, but I just really don't need 2-2.5 inches of lift. If I can convince myself to keep the Tacoma long term, seeing if Alcan can get me similar load holding performance at an inch lower than my current springs would be something I'll seriously be considering.

They can definitely make it for stock ride height and more load if you wanted.

Damn I love that color. I wish they were still making them in that color. I had an 85 and 86 in that color back in the day.

Icon Delta uppers Hub to fender is roughly 22.8-23 inches in front - keeping cv's happy
Shitty Firestone alignment lol - no rubbing, no trimming, no cmc. If I flex and have a 1/2 to 3/4 rotation of the steering wheel I will rub on the cab mount a little but it is only the outside edge of my tire nothing that worries me at all plus the tires will only lose tread. If I seriously wheeled I would do a CMC but for a weekender with mostly back country roads with the occasional light crawling I don't think I want to cut my truck.

Recently added some 285/75/16 tires. I have 5100s with OME 887 and a icon Leaf pack. It comes super close to the UCA but not rubbing. I will be adding some spacers this weekend. So far I haven’t noticed any negative difference from stock tires. It rides way better now. Small hit on mileage and stopping power. Highly recommend going with 285/75/16 if in doubt.

No not yet. I'm planning on flexing it this weekend after getting the spacers added. I will be doing some cutting and possible CMC as needed.
