Yes, sorry... Wife got an update on her Pro over the weekend. Her week 9 build (from temp vin #) is scheduled to be built on 3/7 according to the dealer.

 

Interesting, good to know. my truck is similar format to broke kayaker (DCLB), assuming they’re produced on either different lines or at different factories. What’s another week! Haha

Found this using the info from a post a few pages back. My Truck was built on Feb. 4 but still no ETA. Im wondering of the dealer is giving me
the runaround or maybe he truly has no idea what's going on with it. I found other trucks listed for them that had the same build date or a week later and they are on their way.
I did notice that it is missing the "Bed Extender" the appeared in the original Window Sticker, yet here it is not listed. It does have the $300 for it taken off the MSRP.
As for it's location Mexico, Gulf States, or Newark NJ (not far from where I live) is anyones guess. The dealer either doesn't know or refuses to tell me.
I have little faith in Car Salesmen since I got screwed by a VW dealer a number of years back. My trust of F&I managers isn't much better.

You just saved me a bunch of typing. Followed the way to get updates via web browser. I am in the exact same boat as you. Build date was 2/4 and no update on eta, no gas added, no miles added. Salesman said it should be in approximately 1 month from the build date. No idea what’s going on now.
I have read in this thread of others with the same build date that have already received their trucks.

 

I put a deposit down 11/24ish on a TRD OR and have been getting the same story if it makes you feel any better.. not a peep from the sales guy. I had a somewhat specific build I wanted, and I told him "send me whatever off road allocations that are not pre sold and i'll consider them." The guy hasn't sent me shit until yesterday when i texted him asking why he hasn't send me allocations. He responds, "I check every day and there is nothing." But 5 mins later sends me a text saying he has a white OR coming in 25 days that's mine if I want it. 3 fuckin months and nothing until I say something for the 5th time. Second dealership I put a deposit down 1/7, they get allocations today, praying he gets my exact build. He also knows to send me allocations and actually has done so. I'm hoping he gets something closer to what I want today so I don't have to buy from dealer #1. I have been renting a car on my own dime the past few months so I cannot wait any longer for my specific build, time to compromise (and buy after market parts instead of advanced tech package)

 

It's about 8 hrs away and I have a heavy duty equipment trailer - I might just drive down and trailer it back... but driving the Taco home sounds so much more fun.

I had dreamed about buying my Taco from a dealership in the Rockies so I could fly in and then drive it back through them - ended up finding one about 10 minutes away, though. Happy but kinda bummed my dream road trip fell through

Same boat here. 2/4 build with no eta, no miles, no gas, and no update from salesman. All other trucks listed as in transit at my dealer have an eta, even one built as recently as 2/19. No idea what’s going on.

 

Any idea which plant your truck is supposed to be built at? My build date was 10 days after yours and it’s arrived in port with the eta to the dealer in roughly 2 weeks.

 

Just an fyi on road tripping a new vehicle is that you really need to break them in and getting on the hwy and cruising for miles isn’t that good. I will be doing a 1000 mile break in period and oil change. Then I will also be doing a rear diff break in just like you would new gears just to eliminate the chance of diff noise like some are reporting. Overkill? Maybe but I plan to keep this along time.

 

Kind of relieved others are hearing the same thing so I know my situation is not unique. Mine was built 1/28 and no word from dealer on where it is. Again, others built same week have already been delivered in North Eastern US areas, much farther than STL where I live. Starting to wonder what the heck is going on here. I have a suspicion it is sitting in some damn auto ramp/staging area and chaos is ensuing. Or, maybe it's on a transport truck that's taking it's time while they travel from town to town protesting or whatever dumb shit is going on.
