Wonder if I should trade my phone on for a new Samsung

Do you need a phone?

The magic word here is "upgrade" and the force is strong when mentioned to consumers. Everyone feels compelled to upgrade their phone, computer, watch, or car even, to get the latest and greatest because we're taught that "upgrades" are what everyone needs.

If it's not costing anything, sure. But even then, I find it hard to switch phones as I hate redoing a ton of shit all over again. I'm rocking an old S10, but take it out of the case and it is absolutely mint without a scratch anywhere. It's still fast too.

 

My phone is from 2017 and still works great, and it's an Android model, green text for life. Who texts anymore anyway

My battery life is shit and won’t be good when I start working this summer, I use my phone a lot. Probably just wait a couple months and see what other offers they come up with

One of the best general-purpose phones that I've had without spending a lot of money was a MOTO. I think it cost around $250 to buy it at best buy. When I wanted to get a new phone they had a shortage and I got the Samsung instead. I may go back to MOTO someday.

 

Yeah just let him know I'll pick it up if you do buy anything. I bought parts from him before.
