I've definitely made worse decisions with $800

Then again, $800 will only be the tip of the iceberg with it lol. But that's a good deal assuming it's not completely disintegrated underneath

Some poor guy bought a used Skydio2 drone from Facebook Market Place. The drone must be registered for it to work. I'm sure there are some FAA regulations involved.

Sorry to see the guy lose money in a scam. But glad to know stolen property cannot be used. I think I like this. He received this email when it could not be registered.

"I regret to inform you that this vehicle was reported as stolen from a customer's location not far from your area. Once it had been reported as stolen, it had security features implemented on it that prevent full usage of the vehicle. Unfortunately, this means that you are in possession of stolen property that needs to be returned to Skydio immediately. We will be happy to provide you with a return shipping label that you can use to ship all items back to us and a $100 credit to our store for your trouble. Additionally, if you have further details to add to this investigation, we would appreciate any additional information we can add to this case."
