If you have a DC there's a space on the far right side (driver side) of where your rear seats fold down that fits a fire extinguisher perfectly (as long as it is not a full size extinguisher).

Mine just hangs up out of the way with what it came with and an extra zip tie to keep it in place for wheeling. Also have a DC and there is one behind the back seat as well.

Not enough bandwidth on the internet to list.
Just an FYI, many years ago I was taught by an old timer that made a very successful lifetime career by building a business that serviced extinguishers on a very significant scale for industry and municipalities all the way down to your Joe Blow that had a bottle in a pickem up truck. He always said that if you mount in a vehicle, always try to mount it on the horizontal. Vertical mounts cause significant packing due to constant impacts from rough driving and vibrations in the mobile environment. If vertically mounted, it is not uncommon for an otherwise perfectly good bottle to not function because the dispersant is so tightly packed in the bottom of the bottle that it can't be drawn out so when you most need it, it won't work. Horizontal mount allows it to slosh around and stay loose. CHeck them by turning it upside down and holding it to your ear. You should hear it falling from one end to the other. This and a good indication on the needle means you're good to go.

Buddy of mine whipped this up for me on his plasma table. I still have to finish weld it and secure it to the bed track with some T nuts.

Currently just have my extinguisher behind the rear seats.

I started searching fire extinguishers and now the fun begins!
Basically wanting it for the truck and for camping, anything specific that is needed?

I have the small element one for anything important (but small) because it works like halon/halotron to not corrode

but this thread makes me want to stop by Costco to grab a small cheap regular one and find a place to mount horizontal
For anything not sensitive like a campfire

Costco has the best regular deals on the 5# units. You can actually get some work done with a 5 pounder! I just bought a couple-a-few of them to replace and add to my new Travel Trailer and again, they were $10 off the regular $36 each. That deal comes and goes often, it seems.

Mine fits in the driver-side door's storage slot, along with a first aid kit. Never moves.
