I hear that. I’m sure it looks good!
I had also considered a longer brake line but that’s as far as that went.

Tomorrow I’ll install the drive shaft support spacers and sway bar spacers. Then start shopping for bigger tires? ECGS bushing? More stuff?!

i don’t know what to do about the parking brake lines. The brackets just chillin on its own.

    Always more things to buy!!

    Truck looks great!

Did you check that the bolt does fit in the hole on the leaf arm? Is it just not long enough? Maybe Home Depot and a through bolt, but and space will work.

the parking brake cable doesnt seem to have enough slack in it to reach over now. Hopefully after settling for a week or two I can reconnect the brackets

Oh, well that makes more sense. Any chance it got routed around something the wrong way?

I don’t think so either and would need to look at mine to see. Just typing out loud.
What are your thoughts on the ride and all?

so far on road, not bad. Its much stiffer than before and seems more planted when I go around corners. It takes the neighborhood speed bumps much better and hopefully soon ill get it off road in the FL forests to test it out.

I'm happy with it regardless if all I do is mall crawl at this point, mainly needed the better leafs to handle the camper weight and craft fair crap I load up in the bed

    lol, exactly!

I've seen people do the stainless braided brake lines and I like that. I've done it on a previous F150 before. I might end up doing that when I do the Timbren U-Bolt flip kit.

Not sure about the e-brake cable though. I will also look at mine.

Huge freaking shout out to @Ironman4x4America for proving that top notch, customer-first service still exists in the world. Check arrived today to cover the tank replacement.

Y'all have earned a customer (and an ambassador) for life. I might even quit talking crap about the Incredible Hulk logo when I recommend the lift kits to people.

I had an Ironman lift on the Subaru I traded in. I found out about them through the forums over there and the customer service was on point. That's the major reason I went with them for the Taco. They really are a solid company and I'm glad the shortages and all this mess haven't change that for the worse like it has more companies than I can even count. Some due to no fault of their own but most it seems like they obviously never cared in the first place.

Actually, when I was talking to the dealer about all this stuff and was originally going to get the "Pro" setup, I saw an Ironman sticker on the computer and that's when I knew... that I was going to be broke... lol.

Definitely install the spacers. The packaging and instructions vehicle list on those still haven’t been updated from Australia, but our trucks need them or the sway bar can(will) rub hard up against the shock lock ring.
I thought the same thing and left them out. Called Ironman and they told me the issue, I checked and sure enough couldn’t slide a business card between the bar and ring. It was like that for maybe a week but didn’t do any damage at all, happily.

Got the actual Ironman adjustment tool and larger rope shackle today. The tool is 1/2” thick steel/metal and pretty hearty. The little nubs are all the same so I guess if you break one you could swap it over if needed. I don’t know what I was expecting but it exceeded it. I also expected the shackle to be smaller. Both seem like high quality.

@hyrule_trd how are the 720# springs working out? I’m hesitant to switch over given all the weight I’ve added up front. Aren’t stock springs close to 720?

That said, my rear end is as high as ever even with the 3rd leaf out and the RSI cap, swingout bumper and other gear. Big bootie judy.

They're good, they feel softer, if that sounds right, than the others. Though, I think I still have them a little more preloaded it only feels odd when going over speed humps at a higher speed. Maybe I shouldn’t lol. Kinda like a bounce back or something, it’s tough to explain. Other than that, they’re good.
From what I read in some other threads the stock springs are close to the 720# springs. I think it’s more so the stock shocks sucked.
I don’t regret the purchase or swapping them over. There is no roll or dipping. Im not sure if it mattered but maybe I should have bought and used new bushing instead of the old ones.

Was looking to get some 6112/5160 combo for my lift but being as they’re back ordered I went back to the drawing board. I’m glad I did, this IM FCP kit looks really nice plus everything all in one package is great.

If I’m running sliders(120lbs), roof rack(50lbs), softopper with wooden sleeping platform(200lbs) at all times. Then an extra 100lb for camping trips.
Would the performance 2.5” front and performance leaf pack be good?
I’m not looking to go any higher than 2”-2.5”.

Does anyone run JBA’s with the green coils. That color combo seems interesting pics?:) I already bought the JBA’s when I bought my original lift backordered. I’ll return and get another UCA if need be.
