    I just did 1 on a 2022 Four Runner with a lift, he took it to Toyota & they replaced it with another bearing started making noise again in 100 miles so he brought it by to replace with the bushing it is easy to do especially with the CV axle already out. I would certainly recommend it.

    Reserected from the dead.
    My Tundra needs one. It's been groweling for 100,000 miles. Neither of my Tacomas' need it.

    I have never heard of a catostropic failure because it wasn't changed. It's only noyiced at slow speeds, so I doubt I'll change it.

    Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
    Just remember to get the correct size 3 different ones .

    Lots of the installation tools floating around or buy your own again 3 different sizes.

    It is a pain pulling the CV axles out again just to do them later.

    Every CV axle job I just include the Bushings

    Then if the Truck seldom is used in 4WD one can put up with the noise.

    It would be easier to just do donuts in the showroom.
