Yeah I keep asking people lol. Trying to decide how dark 5% is. I’m leaning towards 5% and 50%. I got my measured the other day since I bought it used tinted and he said my fronts were around 12-13. 5 wouldn’t be much more difficult.

Today was a day of doors…
I installed Kicker CS speakers, Boom Mats, black door handles, passenger smart handle, and new wiper blades. I also properly ran the hardwire for my dashcam. Oh front wheelwell splashguards finally done too!

Did the full Kicker CS speaker install a few weeks ago. Can’t wait to get an amp now!

Yup, same. I knew going in, I’d need one. Had these probably 9 mos, glad to finally get them installed. Really was shocked how sad the factory were. They did fair for as cheapo as they are.

I was shocked too especially when I pulled the first 6x9 out at how feather light they were! The factory speakers are a joke. But in all fairness I didn’t buy the off road for the stereo system. But man does it make a difference in clarity! I didn’t even think there was anything in the dash before!

I definitely think the OR grille is the better looking of the OEM's. My only issue was the Toyota emblem is just a bit too chrome. I hit mine with tint film and knocked it down a few notches.

Haven't done anything lately and have been going back and forth about my next purchase. A decked system or a Diamondback cover? thoughts?

I guess it really depends on what you plan on doing with your truck. I love my diamondback it essentially turns your bed into Fort Knox. The decked system is cool too I just opted for diamondback because it essentially doubles the bed space considering you can stack whatever you want on top and strap it down. I have strapped all kinds of stuff to the top of it. I would definitely suggest going with the HD version it cost a little more but worth it in my opinion. I would say the only negative so far of owning it would be that it really limits the height of what you can put in the bed. It’s not exactly a quick process taking it off. I just end up strapping anything that’s to tall on top of the cover.

Yeah that was one of my thoughts and not quite as organized as the decked. It does look pretty cool tho. what I like about the decked is obviously you have the drawers and still a little bit of a bed. I won't be adding a rack or tent so that doesn't really play a factor. I have seen you can still use a bed tent with the decked system. Out of the equation with the diamondback. Really just comes down to being able to do normal truck stuff but also being able to keep items safe without having to put them in the cab while I'm not in the truck. Both do that which doesn't help me lol

You can still use a rtt with the Diamondback but it would require something like the front runner system or https://www.uptopoverland.com/produ...KCFjm-RZyRFv5OAyNAPN87C9AhWBubghoCMlsQAvD_BwE

    You'd still see it..

Every day here at work... I swear it's like Alfred Hitchcock's "The Birds". Massive flocks of crows or whatever the hell they are. Bird shit fest here. I mean, this town is a toilet.... so...

Can you change the text in that great image? If so, have it read "Seagulls" "Stop Now, It Must!"

lol! I feel the same way. They seem way too heavy and pricey for what I can do with a $150-$300 tent.
