Yeah, when I bought the battery, they were pretty clear about keeping the receipt for warranty. I just keep a copy in my glove box in case but I don’t expect it be failing anytime soon. I’m going to move it to the passenger side and use it as a house battery anyways and get a smaller starter battery when I go dual’s.

I did the same thing with the batteries plus x2power agm battery when I had my taco, it was great lasted around 3.5 years, truck lived outside so direct sun non stop, took it to batteries plus they did a charge test to see what the draw was and something else once it failed they gave me a new one.

same deal with the receipt keep it handy for proof of purchase/date, also make photo copies if you keep one in your glove box so the sun doesn’t ruin the receipt paper.

when it’s time for a new battery for the tundra I’ll go agm again.

Thanks again gang! Got a platinum for the wife with a standard 3 year, but will end up going beefier for my truck when the inevitable happens.

wife’s battery was definitely leaking. Looked like Cookie Monster and I cleaned the terminals 3mo ago with an oil change.

managed to rip out the entire negative post, so that was fun!

New wheels thanks to @tacochep I really like how they are so dark in anything less than bright sunlight but the bronze really pops when it is bright. Gotta rotate the spare so the cap is level and Ill probably get the protection rings and maybe a set of black bolts. Not sure I like the silver ones. they are 25mm more out set so they wont rub on my rear shocks and they still clear all of my trimming up front so Im super happy. Just gotta push that axle forward now :D

I also have bronze wheels on a silver truck. I love them when they're clean and they shine when the light catches. Otherwise, I just like them. I always back and forth on going to a lighter shade of "gold."

The truck is really looking good. Its changed a lot in recent months.
