Oh I forgot to mention i'm on E rated tires as well, so that adds to the stiffness of the ride.

Had a question for those who have installed this setup. Any of you running Bilstein 5100’s with the RXT leafs? Looking to pull the trigger on this setup.

I'm running the Bilstein 5125 which is basically the same as the 5100 if memory serves correct. Have performed well for my needs. I have a topper and an additional 135 lbs on option 2.

Thanks for the information. I’ll be pulling the trigger soon.

Did you upgrade the longer brake lines and carrier drop bearing? Wondering if I need to do that?

A few mods here and there and counting....
Longer rear brake lines would be a good idea. The droop on these springs are pretty damn good. I did not do the carrier bearing drop. No vibrations at all, but every truck is different.

Definitely longer brake lines and I did drop the carrier bearing as well as shims. Still have vibes, but only 67-71 mph and they arent terrible.

Make sure to check your pinion angles prior to removal so you have a base line..That way you have a direction to go if ya do get the dreaded vibes.. Lots of info on vibes, pinion angles etc in here too.

I just installed my RXT's on Option 2 for my 2011 DCLB with Bilstein 5100's all around. I'll be putting the OME 885 coils + bilsteins on tonight. The back end looks good. I didn't upgrade to longer brake lines as the 5100's will limit a full flex on the brake lines. Already I'm very impressed with ride of the RXT's, firm but not jarring. I'm excited to put the front's on tonight and see what everything settles at.

Has anyone had any major issues with these leaf packs? Squeaking? I go through lots of mud and sand so I’m a bit worried. My OEM leafs haven’t made any noise at all.

Ive had them for almost 3 years now and they're probably the quietest part on my suspension, even when flexing them out. Not sure if thats everybody's experience.

What kind of off-road action do you see? Water crossings?

Sand, snow, dirt, little bit of water. Atleast one a month. I spray them down when I wash the truck but nothing crazy in depth

what rear shocks are you running and what is your front lift like.

I’m currently at 3 inches up front and I was thinking option 2 would cause rake in the rear? But I have maybe 200lbs of toolbox in my bed 24/7 and want the truck to be level.

Im at about 2.5" up front and closer to 3" in the rear with the RXT rear 2.5s. It was really stiff unweighted with option 2 in the beginning but now it rides perfect with about 250 lbs of gear or lumber. I am basically level since I got my sliders and front plate bumper so I would start at atleast option 2 for you. Not sure if you'll get your full 3" after it settles though.

option 2, unweighted in rear (settled after 3 years) front fenders are cut to appear more even with the rear

This is a sweet looking rig, I love that blue.

yeah I’ve decided on the icons for sure now, just need to decide if I’m gonna go all out and spend the $$$$ for some coil overs too

I will be installing icon RXT leaf pack soon on my 2013 Tacoma double cab. Does anyone know if option 1 (setting from icon) will keep the back sitting slightly higher than the front Which is the look I’m going for or should I go with option 2?

I am in need of the stage one leaf spring clamps the RXT springs come with already installed. Therefore, if anyone changed their leaf’s to stage two or three and can send me your stage one clamps you took off I will gladly pay you for them. I really appreciate any help!
