I really don't get why some people don't like MGM. I mean it is more of a "plain" color. But, I think it's one of the best

Just added the Steelcraft rear bumper and (not shown) got rid of the crappy Cali Raised roll bar lights that they refused to warranty, and replaced them with KC (20 year warranty) lights. Currently too bright to take a pic lol.

Nobody "hates" MGM... some people just don't "love" it. It's about as neutral as it gets.

It's a good thing your front plate doesn't match the rear one.

Depending on where you're located, I've been looking around for a MGM scoop hood for a project with my truck, and I could possibly trade you my flat hood for your scooped one?

Looks like you're in montana, we're north of seattle. Do you ever make it this way? We're going to be at Silverwood (Idaho border area) in July. But I do like a good drive. Willing to chat more, seems the going rate for a scooped hood is more than a flat one, but lets talk maybe?

Finally got the G4’s and KO2’s on. Sooo heres a pic. I have chrome lug nuts …..temporarily. 265/70r17. They touch ever so slightly in an articulated turn. FYI
UPDATE: after it becoming necessary to remove the mudflaps in the front for rubbing, I had an instance of rub today, post flap removal. Its not significant, but worthy of mention if your considering these wheels and tire size/brand. F9DFF2D0-090A-4D38-8D22-AA22C3A84E0A.jpg

I have the same set up. Had to remove the mudflaps due rubbing in the front passenger.

It really only does it in a very particular circumstance. Im going to keep an eye on it. I feel like its slight enough to wait for them to lose a few miles of tread before ditch the flaps. I actually think the flaps look nice. They actually put a little effort into styling them well to the flares. But if necessity dictates……godduhdew wudja goddadew. Haha
Were I going out in the places I did 30 years ago, ain’t no way!

The ‘95-1\2 had 31x10.50’s on 16.5” if memory serves. And it would make full use of the suspension and steering without touching anywhere. And I stretched it out numerous times. No lift no mods, just 4cylinders, 5 gears, and some Cooper MT’s.
These are just shy of 32” and would be all up in the fenders if in the same situation. Im curious if the guys running the “max size on stock susp” are getting hairy with them, or just daily highway driving. Im content but cautious at this point. The change in offset coupled with the size could be the culprit. The wider stance is noticeable and feels a bit more stable in a curve. So that is nice over stock OR wheels.

Anyone know if an alignment would cure the subtle rub?

Had one a while back (2002) … lasted until 2016 when my son had a little mishap and the ins. co. totaled it. Picked up this 2019 with 472 miles on it … got lucky surfing through CarGurus! Few minor mods made since I picked it up … LED interior lights, Bed extender (modified with steel mesh), Pedal Commander, Changed out chrome step-up Nerf bar. Plans to black it out soon! Mods for wheels and tires in the near future!

There is a fine line for both.

    One of us.

    :bananadance:

There is actually a whole thread for hood swaps. Here: Hood swap thread

But our options are very limited up here. There is also a Northwest section with folks from WA, MT, ID etc etc.

Our options are unbelievably limited up here. Especially for an MGM scoop hood, and since this popped up, we've been working out some details on it, and im hoping it might end up being a go!
