Hey guys and gals another problem with my taco I recently like a couple months ago realized that my drive shaft issues could possibly have something to do with the fact that my leaf springs look a little warped I think you guys call it axle Warp it's kind of like an s shape almost I'm really kind of new at working on these you know my whole life I've been GM and whatnot so I really don't know where to go from here and I really don't know if it's safe to drive my truck it feels like my carrier bearing keeps trying to blow out I've replaced my carrier bearing and two of my u-joints on my drive shaft about 3 months back and that's when I noticed that my leaf springs had been a little warped I guess my question is is it safe to drive until I get my tax money back to buy the parts that I need and does anyone know where to get cheap but good parts cuz I don't really have a whole lot of money please and thank you no bashing yes I'm a noob

Yes, Tacoma's have known weak rear springs that wrap up and change the driveshaft angle causing shuddering and shaking.
The rear springs also have a known splintering problem that Toyota is replacing free as they can puncture the plastic gas tank.
Run the VIN and see if yours qualifies for Safety Recall NHTSA 14V-604 covers 2005-2011.
I had 3 pack when bought then at 6 months due to sagging dealer put in 4 pack free.
After a few years they too sagged and towing was impossible so gave up on Toyota springs as many have buying OME ones which are still going strong.
