Just scuff it up and spray paint it. Then next time you replace your wiper blades try not bending the arm so far that it breaks like that.

It appears you don't care about what the rest of your truck looks like, so why are you so worried about this? Don't overthink this brother! Scuff it up with some sand paper and brush it with a few coats of some flat black paint.

I do care, I just also live in the mountains with a constant snow/melt/freeze cycle. I think I cleaned my truck two weeks ago and we have had three storms since. Having no garage doesn't help. I am fearful of the effects of salt underneath the truck. Again, I can only clean it so much during the winter, only to drive through snow/puddles/mud within minutes.

A few additions to make me feel cool.
Don't worry. The frame will rust in two before that arm does. Just pop it off, scuff it up and spray paint it. Try not to hyperextend that arm again.

You can buy a spray paint, sanding paper and paint it or get a new one for $20.

BAM got the boot from TW for some shady antics... I have ordered from them in the past without issue, but others haven't been so lucky.

I had no issues with them either. Bought a folding step for my truck from them a couple years ago.
