I've seen in the other thread that the Total Choas ones are preferable to ES. Apparently the ES ones tends to deteriorate faster under hard use

Well balls. At least its not too annoying to redo. My factory ones literally crumbled out of the rack.

The difference is in the center pin diameter. The outside of the bushing is the same OD

This is what I got and it came with both size sleeves20220303_155439.jpg

I dunno about you but I fucking loathed that job (rack bushings), it was relatively easy to do step by step but being on my back fighting the steering rack the whole time made me sore as fuck for a week afterward.

Next time I will disconnect the tie rods as I hear it's much easier that way. The video tutorial I followed said they could be left on but I think that caused me more pain in the long run

Don't forget the other variation, which are graphite and are supposed to be slightly harder than the red variants.

Yeah I think that's the reason the Total Chaos are preferred if you're harder on the truck, they'll last longer

I didn't know about that! I had an option (when I bought mine) between black and red... since red is reserved for race status I went with the black:laughing:

Oh I wasn't having a party under there, but as far as what needed to be done it wasn't bad, but I did disconnect tie-rods so that helps. That big center bolt was my worst experience doing it, getting a socket up there sucked

yeah that was no fun. My diff drop made it so that the long horizontal bolt wouldn't come out all the way and I had to grind the flange down. I probably fought with it for an hour before I realized that needed to be done.

Yeah, the 4 bangers with big turbos rip! I had an evo with a gt35r and a 2.3 stroker. It spun all 4 in 1,2 and some of 3rd on my street radials. Can't imagine a similar setup on fwd.

    Damn.

I almost got an Evo 8, but I decided I like keeping my big gas guzzling outdated pushrods :bananadead:

The bonsai can either be pink or green. It comes with the parts for either
