    Just got my property tax assessment today. 25% increase in assessed value over last year. The hell of it is they are still 5 to 15% under FMV according to my research.

    I am re-checking again with the wife about investing a HELOC lol.

    LOL at the 5G idiots. 5G mostly runs on the same spectrum as LTE. MM wave is only used in very specific areas, and won't be on your meter.
