The shit Im hearing about in construction is insane. I have a friend who's building right now. They're 3 months in and have 3/4 of a foundation.

Apparently supplier said they dropped off their block, so the builder sends the masonry crew out there and they report back its half the materials. They run out of block halfway through day 2. Supplier says the rest is on the way. 2 weeks later a *quarter load* shows up. Crew uses that up in one morning and for the month since then everyone has just been waiting.

Apparently what was supposed to be a 12 month build schedule is now, according to the builder, "We have no fucking idea and pray we don't raise the price".

Fun.

 

I'm basically just checking in on TD a couple times a week trying to see how this plays out. Good thing most of my money is in VET

 

I seen something about Russian stock having something to do with Teacher retirement here in Kentucky. Didn't get to look into it but I know our retirement here in Kentucky has been dipped into many different times and is pretty F'd.

 

I am going to sit on cash until next week. I just don’t have a good feeling about any of the stocks I follow.

Almost 20% of my 401k is in an international stock fund. I wonder how hard delisting Russian companies will hurt that.
