Could be a tad high there. His location raises the possibility of being a trust fund baby. Sounds more like HS shenanigans.

OP, the good news is you'll likely spend more in gas, tickets and rising insurance premiums than broken parts.

I drive my '15 pre runner like a bat outta hell. (Its my works truck, judge me all you want)

I mean, rev limiter, maintenance all over the place, wheelspin, blasting curbs and road debris. She just wants to keep eating

Do i drive my personal truck like that? No... But i wish i did.

Youre either gunna send it, or not. OP.
Its not a race truck and "gettin sick" will certainly put increased wear and tear on your vehicle and its components.

But its probably not going to blow up from a heavy foot... But it might. Who knows

    Sennnnnd it

Did you mean to buy a truck? Or did the dealer mess up your Honda Civic order?

1: The truck is limited to max 50% throttle below like 4000 rpm and the max gets lower from there. I made the maximum 100% through the whole rev range.

    2: How?

3: Now that I think about it, I don’t think it will cause any problems but sometimes while stopping I downshift early (above 1000 rpm).

    1) illogical. Someone with tune experience needs to verify. @tonered ?

    2) others have answered

    3) keep in mind its unlikely the rev limiter works on downshifts, meaning valve float/damage can happen.

@Clearwater Bill do you remember that chick that grenaded the diff after spinning high speed in ice and suddenly catching traction on pavement? This sounds familiar...
