    routes within AK are $2k ish with a vehicle and basic room. if you want to go all the way between AK and WA its more like $4k-$5k these days. but given the rising gas costs might still be a bargain for those of us with RVs

    gas is up from 3.39 to 3.72 here. both chebby and toy are thirsty. luckily my credit card currently has a 10% cash back reward for holiday brand gas right now. need to get both tanks topped off soon

    I paid 19.9 a gallon as a kid for lawn mower gas. Started driving and freaked out when it went over a buck a gallon. Not looking forward to the next milestone.
