This happened circa 1978ish. Went to a bar called Dumpy’s and met up with a friend. We drank, played pool and drank some more. At closing time I asked Fuzzy if he was going to the Forum nightclub and he said yes. The Forum was closing and Fuzzy was nowhere to be found, by the way we called him Fuzzy because he had an Afro. I ran into another friend and asked him for a ride to my truck and told him it was parked at Dumpy’s bar. He said you want to go get some breakfast and I said sure. Now it’s about 4:30 am and when we get to the bar my truck is nowhere in sight, we drove around for a bit but no truck. I decided it would be best to have my friend take to the cop shop at 5:00am so I could inform them that my truck had been stolen. I drove all over Saturday and Sunday looking for my truck but no luck. I went to work Monday 1st shift and when Fuzzy came in on 2nd shift I asked him, I went with you to the Forum the other night didn’t I. Fuzzy said, no, you didn’t go with me he said you followed me down there. Well at that point in time I knew where my truck was, it was parked in an alley behind the nightclub. So then I went to the cop shop and told them that I found my truck, I don’t think they believed me when I said it was stolen anyway. Funny thing is, when I went to retrieve my truck I could see the front steps to the cop shop from where it was parked. I still catch hell about that night.

There are plastic companies that make panels that you could use. Have you thought about wood? It might be cheaper and easier to find. Heres what I could find.

I'm no expert but I've heard of people trying to make air dams for cars suggest ordering materials from some companies. I know the plexiglass or lexan is available at pretty much any hardware store like Home Depot or Menards. Wood would be my choice of material because it's easier to get and if you screw it up its easily replaced and probably cheaper.
