I usually pay 4.50 a bale. 6 bucks if they spread them.

 

I have a Swisher walk behind trimmer - a 5 hp lawnmower engine with a string trimmer on the front -- it doesn't know the difference between a weed and a flower. Got me in trouble several times over the years.

Oh yeah, got the John Deere out , changed the oil , sharpened the blades and mowed the front yard. Man it felt good. Last time I was in the yard was last June. Sun felt so good.


Side note : the damn oil filter for that lawnmower was friggin 42 bucks. WTF

Thing is far to many people don`t use Jack stands at all or the even the better cinder blocks that crumble if you look at them wrong.

I hope it does not bring back the nightmares of the 12 wagons I unloaded one day when I was 10 years old I had to work off my room and board doing what ever I was told.

How many people do you know that don't use jack stands?

 

Unless you have some very large pine needles That are very rare That I have never seen in the Country any place.

I could see pine needles in paper bales like shavings never in tied bales they would fall apart in the handling .

 

Personally the ones I know who have lost children or parents.
The others I heard about in the last few decades.

 

Do We need Aunt Bea the warden to make you put some mulch on that dirt.

 

Good ol ' NC long leaf pine needles. They have farms with acreage dedicated specifically for them. Big money industry down here.

It is been pounded into my head that any Work to be done with the growing of flowers is woman`s Work I now know to never try and help!

Baling Hay though clover blooms it is not considered flowers Doing that is mandatory no excuses not even broken bones.

 

Where did you get the filter from, hopefully not from Deere

 

Nah , from Amazon. Cheapest I could find it. Everyone was priced around 45 bucks.
