All installed no rub so far! Learning quickly that the ko2’s are no better than the stock tires in the snow but that’s all good I’ll keep it sideways until the weather gets nicer.

Not correct- just measured, the overall is about 1” higher, not 2”.

I think the pro grille that comes with the OEM lift adds a nice touch!

Truck look nice! Did Toyota leave the off-road grill in for you? They never gave me that option

I asked if they could leave it, and the fogs, and they had no problem with it. They just installed some washers on the top of the TSS sensor to tilt it down a bit.

Modifications are bad and only bad people modify.
I have a vibration during braking from about 25-10 with the most being around 15mph. I guess I will go back to the dealer, but don't really have much faith. I went through this thread and emailed myself some things people wrote on the fix. What a shame.

I am halfway thinking that getting a new Tom Woods driveshaft might be the correct way to go if shims don't work, but I am ignorant about trucks. Vibration is a killer and this sucks.

    There's a TSB for 2021s?

Check your axle pack for a taper shim in the assembly.

Mine had one from the factory. Maybe they left it out after putting the block in the leaf pack.

You can purchase a 1" block with a taper built into it which usually solves the vibration. I used one along with the factory taper shim in my build.

Closed today, so I am kinda waiting. I appreciate it man.

Thanks man, I will check this out as soon as I can. I don't really know what I'm looking for but have seen people putting those shims between the axle and bottom leaf, is this what you mean by the axle pack? I will probably have to wait until Thursday since that's my day off. Hopefully this is something dumb and minor.

The vibration is noticeable but it isn't jarring, pretty mild. Feels kind of like 1/1000 of a death wobble or something I guess.

This is a photo of the spring pack, taper shim and block bolted down over the axle. There is a rubber
bump stop on top between the top of the two U bolts.

The red line points the the factory OEM taper shim. (arrows point to the front of the vehicle)

The blue line points to the added 1" block which provides the rear lift. (block I used also has a 1 degree taper which is somewhat apparent in the photo)

Picture was taken from the wheel looking towards the differential on the drivers side.

Get a good light and lay under the truck. Take a similar pic that you can post for assistance if necessary. Good luck.

Thank you so much man. I see exactly what you're talking about. It looks like they left it out? Here’s a pic.
