    Hang in there Man. Watch Med’s too. Some capsules contain Gluten like materials that what I’m told aren’t good either. I don’t believe I’ve had any but they exist.

    the savory chicken & rice, creamy chicken & rice and the tuscan bean are all staples in my pantry. they use cornstarch for the creamy chicken and they do clean up the production lines before switching batches. looked it up a while back. i used to eat them a lot more often before switching to work from home. yeah the sodium is sky high but there just isnt a lot of options for a quick cheap on the run meal

    hope the sickness turns out to be nothing! get some rest and fluids

    Its snowing today so it seemed like a good day for a grilled ham and cheese
    I like the new bread. Good texture - more soft and spongy and less Styrofoam-like like Udi's.
    Next test will be of I can eat just a cold sammich out of this stuff. I got in the habit of grilling/toasting all my sammiches to help mask the weird texture of the breads. I think this stuff might actually taste good untoasted!

    We always toast, even if just lightly. Made turkey and smoked Muenster melts with whole grain mustard for lunch :)

    I just appreciate that it's a nice big slice, looks great. I always feel like I need to make two sandwiches with the size of a normal GF loaf. Hopefully I can find some around me soon.

    I end up with a Dagwood sandwich when we have Schär bread because they’re so small :rofl:

    Needs :dancingbacon::dancingbacon:

    It definitely is bigger! Size comparison to Udi's - that's the "big" loaf of Udi's too

    Did another variation for a quick lunch between meetings. Bone marrow herb butter, smoked Muenster, havarti, chili mustard, and Aldi’s bread.

    @FastEddy59 @MTgirl It looks like the only place I can order LNB from is Amazon. When I have space for 8 loaves in a garage freezer, I’ll consider spending $50 on sandwich bread :bananadead:

    You’d spend as much shipping as I would ordering quantity! It’s something I look forward to trying it when the time is right

    Different texture than Udi’s for sure, glad you like it. Got a local store savin’ me some every week now since Folks are callin’ for when it comes in. :)

    anybody have any suggestions for a replacement?
