I had the same issue as well - I just put a hoseclamp on the exhaust hanger and tightened it until the pipe cleared. 30 second fix that didn’t require dropping the skid again. The hose clamps don’t last forever though, so I may put spacers like in the link you shared.

Ok so I went to Home Depot today…when I was leaving I saw this MFer with his legs kicking out the back of his truck bed. My initial thought was to see if he needed help but I lost it and busted out laughing and couldn’t stop…I had to walk away…I laughed the entire way home

Took the opportunity to install my VLED footwell lighting kit. Only one hiccup, and that was putting the A-Pillar cover back on... The small white clip that holds the cover to the pillar came off, and went down into the dash, and eventually behind the driver's kick-panel... It sounded like I was on Price playing Plinko.

Love the lights (aqua) at night, but would have preferred a white when the dome light is on. But since I don't spend a lot of time in the truck with the door open at night....

285/75/r16 Nitto Trail Grappler M/T’s, Extang 2.0 hard tonneau tri-fold. Billstein 5100’s front/rear with OME 886 coils and Headstrong off-road 3 leaf progressive AAL. All speakers replaced with Kicker CS Series. BulletPoint Taco Bar with stubby CB mic holder and two-way FRS/GMRS radio holder. Uniden PRO505XL 40 ch CB. RCI engine and transmission skid plates. RCI sliders. Garmin Mini Dash Cam 2. CMC by Milogen Fabrication.
Thanks man! I remember seeing this here. I just did the engine and transmission skid for now. Debating on the exhaust reroute before doing the transfer case skid since that’s the one that can make contact with the factory exhaust routing. If I forego the reroute I’ll definitely keep this in mind. I believe RCI has an option for the rerouted exhaust when ordering the TC skid. Much appreciated!

Finally, no more squeaks! Ugh, word to the wise, if you do a CMR, pony up for the premium bushings first. 0662FB56-3136-43EB-BCAA-01971324C18F.jpg030DCD15-8617-45A7-A849-60C42D96933F.jpg

Finally gave my 21’ dc sb army green trd OR a good thorough wash… it’s got 4000 miles now and still had some adhesive on the fenders from the factory protective film… weather hasn’t been great since purchase and it’s been bugging me for months that it looked like scratches on the fenders, gone now. Perhaps some pictures tomorrow.
