But is there anything worse than stepping on a dust bunny sitting on the tile right after you step out of the shower?

All ready to go but I’m really not strong enough to lift it onto the truck without possibly damaging the fenders or grille.

I figure it will still be aligned right since I remove the adjustable brackets themselves. We’ll see I guess.

Basement is definitely on my list for my next house. They're rare in AZ though.

also. just to note. dealing with county sucks. no one wants to give a clear answer if i can or cannot here. i aint buying that property till i get a YES. i hate local politics.

A basement would be cool. I’ll never have one if I stay in Texas though.

When my uncle lived out in cave creek AZ he had a sweet ass home. No basement but on the property was a buried train car someone used as a makeshift bunker and a abandoned mine that we never goto to open and explore before he sold the house

man i miss that house. Going to AZ was so fun

My parents home has a basement. Makes a great work shop. House also has a attic. Pretty rare to get both

    That's sick!!

My ex-coworker apparently had a meth room buried in his backyard in Tempe lmao

My parent's house in Gilbert had a bunch of old farm equipment pieces
My current house I dug up an old parking block (so I guess it was a parking lot once upon a time?)

A lot of interesting stuff in the desert when you start digging it seems

Wainscot in the basement is also great for covering water-damaged drywall after a flood :anonymous:

Attics are overrated. Unless it's one of those old craftsman style houses with a legit staircase going up into one with high ceilings. Otherwise it's just a pain in the ass storage room that gets hot as fuck half the year and infested with rodents. Oh and surprise, you took a wrong step and fell into the kitchen

i will never own a home that doesnt have a useable attic. our house has 3 access points. one having stairs, the other 2 being small doors hidden in closets. fully floored and all. the attic in the one bedroom could legit be a whole theater.

the upper attic with stairs has the old school TV antenna.. the other 2 are actively used for storage.

That much attic space is insane. I put some OSB above my garage hatch for storage but ancessing anywhere else is back and knee breaking
