    Got my Green Key and Outer Beach 4X4 access passes today. Did a very short beach wheeling trip with the wife since we were already there to get the permits. It was raining and cold, so we just ran the path to the water, spun around and came back.

    However, I did say "OFFROAD" several times.

    Does this count as overloading if I stopped and opened my tailgate?
