    Just bought a it after months of thinkning i just bought a new taco truck is beautiful cant wait to get it in the snow pick it up this friday i live in beautiful upstate ny where thier is no shortage of salt on the roads and just wanted to ask if any other fellow upstate people thier trucks under coated i never have but im going to be with this truck for the next five years so just wounder what you guys have to say

    I live down in the Pennsylvania in the central mountains where we constantly get the lake effect snow, roads are always salted, I know what you mean driving your brand new Tacoma thru the salt and the slop, it breaks my heart too.
    But I have faith in new and modern steel and paint that will protect my new Tacoma.
    I wouldn't worry
    Black is nice, it will be easy to find buried in a snow drift.

    We've been having a lot of snow/sleet/rain to warrant lots of salting of the roads here. I got my '11 last month and got the undercoating as well. They said it would cut out 40-60% of the road noise too, but I didn't notice a difference.
