Anybody using the Germes Labs RFCC on 2021 TRD OR non-JBL?

Looking to see if the Rear Front Camera Controller system is compatible with my '21 non-JBL head unit.

Any users out there that have any real life experience that can confirm this works?

 

I'm running this cam adapter ( https://car-solutions.com/en/rfcc-c...m-for-toyota-touch-2-cy17-19-entune-3-0-link/ ) in a 2021 ORAC with no audio upgrades (which I am assuming equates to non-JBL, not sure) and it works beautifully. Using Natika camera (

Only issue I've experienced is that if the natika camera will temporarily loose function if it sits in direct colorado sun for a few hours, can avoid by covering or parking to shade it)

 

When you installed yours, did you use the separate bundle of black and red wires that was attached to the camera?

 

as best I can recall I used the lead connected to camera (with all 3 loops cut) and mated that long cable (that I think came with the kit. I don't think I had to use one of the red power cables up by adapter - sorry, its been a while and it was a long year. I kind of followed the video posted for an entune 2 install somewhere here on TW, plus the instructions for both cam and adapter. Wish I could be more helpful. I have heard of the occasional non-functional natika camera also.
