Making the switched +12V in the trailer harness constant hot

The +12V pin in the 7 way trailer harness is switched with the ignition in the 2006 Tacoma. I would like to make this a constant hot pin.

Does anyone know where these wires emerge under the dash? I would like to re-feed this circuit with constant power.

If this is feed from a relay then I could work from there. I could use the help of someone with a wiring diagram or someone who has dealt with these wires before.

That wire does pass under the dash on its way to the trailer connector. It's on connector IB1 pin 9. On a 2006, the wire should be grey. IB1 is an 18 pin wire-to-wire connector behind the left kick panel. Pin 9 is on one of the top corners. "Top" means the side of the plug with the latch on it.

The wire is fed with 12 Volts from the contacts of the BATT CHG relay in the fuse box under the hood.

At least, that's what the 2006 EWD says. I don't have personal experience.

If that is fed from the relay under the hood, I assume that relay is what switches it with the ignition? If so, I could jump it across the relay terminals to make it always hot.
